Frequently asked questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. The app runs in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone. A native phone app for technicians is on the way, for working without signal.
What counts as a machine?
Any piece of equipment you register and give a QR label: a combi steamer, an air conditioner or a washer each count as one machine.
What does a customer reporting by QR cost?
Nothing. Reporters are not users, they don’t log in, and they don’t count towards your plan.
How long does it take to get started?
A few days. We help load your machines and customers from your existing spreadsheets, print the QR labels and show your team around.
Does it issue invoices?
No, you keep issuing invoices in your own invoicing software. hakapesy shows which work orders are ready to invoice and what they are worth.
What if we grow?
Add machines, technicians or office users one by one. If that costs more than the next plan, you automatically get the cheaper option.
Is the app available in English?
The website is. The app itself is currently in Hungarian; English is next. Write to us if you would like to be among the first users abroad.
