Your customers’ data is safe with us
A service company’s data is also its customers’ data. So we built the app to send as little data to as few places as possible.
Data in Germany
The database runs in Frankfurt and the server in Nuremberg, inside the European Union.
Nightly backups
An encrypted backup is made every night, to separate storage in the EU.
Encrypted connection
All data travels over HTTPS, and passwords are never stored in readable form.
Roles
Technicians see their jobs, the office sees the company. Everyone sees only what they are allowed to.
Internal stays internal
Internal costing and notes never end up in documents sent to customers.
Data subject requests
Personal data exports and erasure can be handled inside the app.
Backups
If something goes wrong, we can restore it
Every night an automatic, encrypted backup is made of the database and photos. After upload, the backup is downloaded again and verified.

Access
Everyone sees only what concerns them
Roles and permissions per company. Each company’s data is separated from the others, down to the database level.

AI
Dictation: only when you ask for it
Dictation is optional. When a technician uses it, the recording is processed by an artificial intelligence provider, and the technician approves the draft. Nothing reaches the work order without approval.
